Julia joined ROI Search Group in September 2017 and is our Director, Talent Acquisition. She has more than 10 years of human resource experience in healthcare and urban development. Julia holds dual professional certifications for HR and her experience in recruiting all levels, both clinical and non-clinical, is a vital asset when recruiting hard-to-fill roles. Julia excels at being able to cultivate trusted and open relationships to best serve both clients and candidates.

Julia lives in Virginia with her husband and son. They are enthusiastic Disney fans; you’ll likely find them in their matching shirts roaming the different theme parks at least once a year. Her family loves spending time on the beach, and they look forward to their good old-fashioned pizza and movie nights (Disney movies of course). Julia hopes to build her own greenhouse to grow produce someday and knowing her, she’s bound to do it!
