Samantha joins ROI Search Group with a desire for helping others. Samantha’s pursuit of her passion led her early on in her career to working at Ivy Tech working in student services helping underprivileged students and veterans. One of the programs she worked for helped students with scheduling, mentorship, volunteering, etc. Samantha’s ability and drive to want to help people make her naturally good at getting to know and understand people. Her role with ROISG as a talent acquisition consultant has allowed her to fill the gaps between employers and candidates to help find the right fit.

Samantha is a big fan of Strengths Quest, an assessment tool that focuses on helping people find what they are good at. Her “Top 5” Strengths are Harmony, Consistency, Responsibility, Discipline, and Belief. Every job or role that she takes on must allow her to stick to her core belief of helping others. She’s a highly ethical person who strives to do the best that she can, every day.

When Samantha isn’t putting her strengths to good use professionally, she is spending time with her family. They love to travel, visit extended family, and create memories outdoors. Samantha is often spotted on the sidelines of her son’s soccer games, at the gym watching her daughter tumble, on her yoga mat, or reading a good book.
