Sharon has led talent management and recruiting strategy at ROI Search Group since 2018, partnering closely with organizational leaders to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes. She develops strong talent pipelines, creates efficient recruiting processes, and oversees candidate engagement for highly specialized direct-hire and contract staffing positions.

Her expertise spans information technology, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, life sciences, and other niche industries requiring a deep understanding of technical and organizational needs. Sharon is known for quickly identifying and connecting the right talent with the right opportunities while ensuring strong alignment among experience, culture, and long-term business goals.

Before joining ROISG, Sharon served in recruiting and human resources leadership roles across multiple industries, including positions with two Big Four accounting firms. This experience gave her a strong understanding of organizational needs, leadership dynamics, and what it takes to build and sustain high-performing teams. She brings that knowledge to every search, providing clients and candidates with thoughtful guidance, valuable insight, and a true sense of partnership.

A native New Yorker, Sharon is proud to have put down roots in Indiana. Outside of work, she and her husband enjoy traveling and exploring new cities with their two children.
