Paty Brenamen is the Director of Strategic Partnerships at ROI Search Group, where she focuses on developing meaningful relationships with organizations, understanding their workforce and leadership needs, and connecting them with exceptional talent. With a career spanning healthcare, state government, finance, accounting, operations, higher education, and business development, Paty brings a unique perspective to strategic partnerships and executive search.

Throughout her career, Paty has built a reputation for bringing people, processes, and organizations together. Her experience as both an operational leader and hiring manager allows her to understand recruiting from the client’s perspective, not simply as filling an open position, but as finding the right person to make a meaningful, long-term impact on an organization.

Prior to joining ROI Search Group, Paty held several leadership positions with the State of Indiana, including Director of Financial Operations for the Indiana Department of Child Services and Chief Financial Officer for the Indiana Gaming Commission. In these roles, she led complex financial and operational functions and was responsible for initiatives involving financial operations, payment processing, vendor relationships, process improvement, internal controls, and organizational effectiveness.

Paty also spent part of her career with Indiana University Health, where she worked within the organization’s tax function and gained firsthand experience within Indiana’s largest healthcare system. Her healthcare experience, combined with her extensive finance and accounting background, gives her a strong understanding of the operational, financial, and talent challenges facing healthcare organizations.

Her professional experience also includes leadership and specialized roles across accounting, auditing, taxation, financial systems, business analysis, and operations. She served the Indiana Department of Revenue as Deputy Director of Trust and Corporate Operations and worked as a Tax Analyst at Roche Diagnostics. Paty has also served as an adjunct instructor at the University of Indianapolis. This breadth of experience enables her to communicate effectively with executives and operational leaders across finance, accounting, technology, revenue cycle, human resources, and other critical business functions.

At ROI Search Group, Paty draws upon this experience to develop strategic relationships with healthcare systems, professional services organizations, and other employers. She works closely with executives and hiring leaders to understand not only immediate recruiting needs but also broader organizational priorities, workforce challenges, and future growth plans. Her relationship-first approach is centered on becoming a trusted resource to clients well before a search begins.

Paty is equally passionate about education and creating opportunities for others. As a former adjunct instructor at the University of Indianapolis, she values the connection between higher education, employers, and the communities they serve. She is particularly passionate about helping individuals build meaningful careers and creating stronger connections between organizations and the talent within their communities.

Paty holds two bachelor’s degrees from Bowling Green State University in Health and Human Services and Business Administration, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Indianapolis, and a Master of Accounting from IUPUI. Her combination of healthcare, financial, operational, and educational experience provides the foundation for her approach to leadership and strategic partnerships.

Paty lives in the Indianapolis area with her husband and family. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, staying active, traveling, and being involved in her community. She is passionate about building relationships, helping people discover opportunities, and using her experience and network to make meaningful connections.
