Laurie recently joined ROI Search Group as a Recruitment Coordinator. With over 20 years of experience in various aspects of Human Resources, she naturally fits this role. Her extensive experience across different industries makes her versatile and gives her a deep understanding of our clients’ needs. Laurie has a background in recruiting, which has honed her awareness of the importance of attracting quality candidates, aligning perfectly with ROI Search Group’s belief that people are the most vital asset of any organization.

Laurie excels in building relationships and supporting others. She is extremely organized and detail-oriented, traits that have contributed to her success in many roles. Additionally, Laurie has a natural ability to make others feel appreciated and welcome, which is why she enjoys supporting team members in their roles and acting as the point person for onboarding and liaising with vendors.

Outside of work, Laurie is likely to be found in the kitchen, cooking with ingredients she grows herself during the summer. She also enjoys singing with her church worship band once a month. An avid traveler, Laurie loves exploring new places with her friends and family, and during football season, she can be found cheering at Colts games. She is a proud graduate of Indiana University and a dedicated Hoosier.
