Her expertise includes identifying top talent across IT, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, life sciences, and other niche areas that require deep technical understanding. Sharon is known for her ability to quickly match the right candidates with the right opportunities, ensuring a strong alignment between skills, culture, and long-term business goals.

Before joining ROI Search Group, Sharon served as a Recruiter and Human Resources Manager across multiple industries, including two Big Four accounting firms. This background equipped her with a strong understanding of organizational needs, leadership dynamics, and the qualities required to build and sustain high-performing teams. She brings this knowledge into every search, ensuring both clients and candidates receive thoughtful guidance, insight, and partnership.

Sharon is a native New Yorker but is happy to have put down roots in Indiana. When she is not finding top talent, she and her husband enjoy traveling and exploring new cities with their two children.
